This sugar is outstanding, the use is limited only by your imagination.  Try it in your coffee, on popcorn, waffles, pancakes, icecream, as an added flavour to your apple pie, cakes and biscuits.  One of our customers told me he cooked it on his steak and it was fabulous as it caramlised the heat! So there you go, imagination is everything.  I also used it as rimming sugar on my gin and tonic and that was pure magic.
