Replacing all the liquid in the recipe with Baileys Irish Cream gives this super smooth tasting brittle a very sophiscatfed identity and flavour. Macadamia nuts were a perfect fit for this flavour with the softer nut that can absorb the flavour of the irish cream. It is pretty special.
